8-Ball is the first guy you meet during the game, and you hang out together. He's a bomb expert, with a "bomb garage" operation on all three islands.

Luigi is a small fry of the mafia, but he's in a really good position. He runs girls, and his bar, the Sex Club 7, is the family's favorite hangout.
Joey Leone
This is Joey, the Don's son. He's not a nervous type, and his only enemy is maybe the Forelli family. He has a workshop in Trenton, and while tinkering away he plans bank robberies.
Toni Cipriani
Toni is the debt collector. He's always hanging around "mama's restaurant", and he hates the Chinese from the bottom of his heart. He also does everything to wipe them out.
Salvatore Leone
Don Salvatore is the head of the family, the boss of the mafia, who pays good money to whoever does the dirty work. True, those people shouldn't expect to see their fiftieth birthday…
Maria
Maria is the Don's daughter, who likes you a lot, and you'll spend plenty of sweet moments with her, mostly chauffeuring.
Asuka Kasen
This good-looking little Eastern chick will be the first woman you run into on Staunton. Asuka was born into the Yakuza, and she likes things to go the way she wants.
Kenji Kasen
Kenji-san is tough and lean, like a toilet seat. He has a casino on Staunton. He's mad at the Colombians, because if they start spreading drugs, Kenji can pull down the shutters.
Donald Love
Donald Love is the owner of Love Media, very rich, who will also show up in Vice City for a few minutes.
Ray Machowski
Ray is a corrupt cop, with whom you'll spend many intimate moments in the downtown park's toilet. He trusts nobody.
Catalina
Alpha and omega, you could say. You only see the lady twice in the game: the first and the last time. She was the one who so kindly shot you in the intro, strictly for educational purposes, and now she's afraid of your revenge, so she does everything to stop you.
