Rockstar announces GTA VI Original Score by Justice, out December 11
Rockstar has confirmed the Grand Theft Auto VI Original Score, composed by Justice, for December 11 on streaming, CD and vinyl. Retailer listings had leaked prices before the announcement.

Rockstar Games has announced Grand Theft Auto VI: Original Score, composed by Justice, with a release date of December 11 on all major streaming services, CD and vinyl, according to its Newswire post. That includes a special limited Triple Crystal Clear vinyl.
The score is the work of Grammy Award winners Gaspard Augé and Xavier de Rosnay, the French duo behind Justice. It is separate from Grand Theft Auto VI: The Album, which was announced in September and launches with the game.
A new single, "Pusher" feat. Gesaffelstein, officially debuts today, October 29, though it had already surfaced unexpectedly the day before. The full album can be pre-saved, and CD and vinyl pre-orders are open. The new single and the score pre-order page are both linked from Rockstar's announcement.
The album has 30 tracks, plus digital bonus tracks across all formats. One of them is "Flower in a Hurricane" feat. Tame Impala, SZA and King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard, which was heard in the GTA VI Launch Trailer. Rockstar describes the score as adaptive, with compositions dynamically tuned to the different ways players engage with Vice City and Leonida throughout Jason and Lucia's story.
What the retailers showed
The announcement follows pre-order listings that appeared at several music retailers in the UK, Europe and the US, one day after "Pusher" turned up early. Rockstar's post confirms the December 11 date and the formats. The prices below come from the retailers, not from Rockstar.
- Limited crystal-clear triple vinyl: £49.99 in the UK, $55.99 in the US. Retailers describe it as an exclusive for independent record stores such as Rough Trade, and some limit purchases to two copies per customer.
- Standard black triple vinyl: £44.99 / $54.99 / €47.99.
- Double CD: £14.99 / $21.99 / €20.99.
The early listings pointed to a December release but gave different dates depending on the retailer. Rockstar has now settled that at December 11, which is the most useful part of the announcement: a single date is worth more than a spread of guesses.
What we don't know
The score's Apple Music playlist had 50 tracks, against 30 on the album, and the reason for the difference is unclear.
