Capcom to sell GTA VI Vice City Collection box in Japan
Capcom has announced it is the exclusive Japanese retailer for Grand Theft Auto VI: The Goodtime State - Vice City Collection, a ¥99,980 box that does not include the game.

Capcom announced in a press release on October 29 that it is the exclusive Japanese retailer for Grand Theft Auto VI: The Goodtime State - Vice City Collection. The box will be sold only through its online store, e-Capcom.
The collection costs ¥99,980, which GTAVice puts at about £480, and is released on November 19, 2026. It does not contain a copy of GTA VI. That is a steep price for a box that leaves out the game, though the figurine with the hidden compartment and the Oakley sunglasses are the pieces I'd expect collectors to look at first. Pre-orders opened on October 30 at 12:00 PM JST, which was 3:00 AM GMT. Capcom's own store page is here at e-Capcom.
The box is themed around Macca the Gator, the fictional TV show, and holds 11 items:
- a Macca the Gator figurine with a hidden compartment
- Oakley Frogskins sunglasses
- a New Era 9FORTY snapback hat
- a Leonida Keys crossbody bag
- a Chunky the Manatee shot glass
- a Vice City razor keychain
- a bar spoon
- a Leonida Keys enamel pin set, nine pins in a metal tin
- a Macca the Gator magnetic mirror
- a sticker pack with nine stickers
- a double-sided Leonida map and souvenir poster

It is sold in limited quantities, and Capcom has not said how many units Japan will get. It is intended for adults aged 18 and over.
The game is a separate purchase. Japanese customers who pre-ordered the code-in-box edition of GTA VI are scheduled to receive their copies on November 12, but it is not playable until November 19.
