192 GB GTA V and GTA VI leak: Liberty City outline, Agent Trevor and a frozen Trevor
About 192 GB of GTA V and GTA VI files are circulating online, with a GTA V Liberty City map outline, cut Agent Trevor DLC content and early GTA VI map assets. Insider Gaming says the files come from the 2022 breach.

Nearly two hundred gigs of Rockstar's dirty laundry just hit the internet. About 192 GB of GTA V and GTA VI material is circulating online, and it reportedly includes a Liberty City map outline, pieces of the canceled Agent Trevor DLC, early GTA VI map assets and a lot more.
Before you lose it: this isn't a new hack. Insider Gaming says the files come from Rockstar's 2022 breach, the one that dumped 90 GTA VI videos on all of us. A few people passed the data around, shared it with a bigger group in recent months, and then, shocker, it leaked. IGN describes it as a near 200GB version of the GTA V source code that first leaked in 2023 and is now going public. GamesRadar+ says it reportedly holds source code, Rockstar tools and early GTA V dialogue. Rockstar hasn't said a word in any of these reports, so nothing here is officially confirmed.

The big find comes from dataminer TJGM. He found a file called 'dlcliberty_game.dat151.rel', loaded it into the CodeWalker map editor, and got the outline of what looks like a Liberty City expansion for GTA V. It seems bigger than GTA IV's Liberty City. A terrain test file turned up too. In TJGM's words: "Here's a look at the expanded Liberty City layout. This outline of the map is drawn based on where shorelines are, the lines indicate zones that play shoreline audio."
Some folks already think Rockstar parked this Liberty City for GTA VI. IGN says there's no evidence of that, and I'm not buying it.
Then there's Agent Trevor. X user affmalyt dug up a spaceship location with space suits, Franklin in an Arab mansion with a huge underground space, and some mission names. That DLC was real: Dan Houser told Lex Fridman it was "about half done when it got abandoned" and that if it had come out, "we probably wouldn't have gotten to make Red Dead 2." In 2024, former Rockstar camera artist Joe Robino said GTA Online was such a "cash cow" that it was hard to argue a standalone DLC would "outcompete" it. Money wins. Again.

The GTA VI part? Early map assets that look like what the trailers showed, but as very low-quality renders. Don't expect a secret tour of Leonida.
And the dialogue. An earlier version of GTA V's option A ending had . Holy shit. TJGM shared it and credited @HeySlickThatsMe for finding it. There's also cut dialogue between GTA IV's Brucie and Franklin, more cut missions, material on Michael apparently in an Undead Nightmare mode, and some vehicles.

Four years later the 2022 breach is still paying out. Brucie and Franklin in one room, and we never got it. Rockstar, you owe us.
