PS2 Version Delayed
The release of Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories on PlayStation 2 has been delayed, publisher Take-Two Interactive reports. The publisher had earlier planned to release the latest GTA episode, which came out on PSP at the end of last October, on PS2 on April 28. Now, however, developer Rockstar is concentrating first on their game Table Tennis (Xbox 360), which comes out in May. So the game can appear at the earliest at the end of May.
Interestingly, though, while LCS was developed by the Leeds team, Table Tennis is being developed by the San Diego team - so in theory the development of the two games shouldn't affect each other. True, the guys at San Diego also worked on San Andreas, and maybe it will be the same with the PS2 version of LCS. Anyway, we're waiting for an official explanation.
