OPSM: More VCS Info and Scans

The British Official PlayStation Magazine has more information on Vice City Stories, coming to PSP at the end of October, along with five pictures. We've seen some of them before, but they've finally arrived in (more) decent quality. Let's see the info:

• The game will have a silenced SMG.
• The Phoenix and Stinger cars are coming back.
• In the first picture you can make out a tattoo on Victor's right arm, but the tattoo parlor we know from San Andreas probably won't be in the game.
• The new water effect isn't just prettier. The weather now affects how boats handle (too), so if a storm kicks up while you're JetSkiing, you can only count on God's mercy - and not the game's.
