Map Viewer

The latest version of the Map Viewer is out from Steve M.'s kitchen. As he put it, it's still a non-user-friendly alpha version, so not everyone may get it running on the first try. That aside, we can scan through all the cities released so far (Liberty City, Vice City, San Andreas) with it. So that you can try it out without any hiccups, I translated the readme file, which also gives some extra information about the program. The advantage is that we can view the information of the individual models (dff, txd, id) and take a peek at places that may have been unknown to us until now.
