GTA VI leak #7: gas station robbery, slow-mo crashes and a strip club tease
Cyberleek's seventh clip carries on from the hypercar footage, then ends at a strip club in Port Gellhorn. Take-Two has sent subpoenas to Microsoft and Discord and still hasn't stopped it.

Seven clips in, and the GTA VI leaker is now teasing us with a strip club. Of course they are.
The new file is called "Hypercar Gameplay 2" and it picks up straight from the previous day's hypercar footage. It runs about two minutes. The player robs stores, fills up the car, crashes it in slow motion, and in the last 10 seconds or so walks into a strip club. Then it cuts. Classic.

What's actually in clip #7
GTABase went through it frame by frame. Here's their list for leak #7:
- Gas stations where you refuel and repair
- A gas station robbery
- Cops who give you a warning before they open fire
- A tracker on stolen vehicles
- Slow motion when you crash hard
- An engine meter that drops as the car takes damage
- A purple meter with an eye icon. Nobody knows what it does. Maybe Focus, maybe not.
The strip club is Delights in Port Gellhorn, and GTABase says "Roller" by April Wine is reportedly playing inside. On the car radio: "Pound Town" by Sexyy Red & Tay Keith and "Bills Paid" by DJ Khaled ft. Latto and City Girls. And the punchline? CYBERLEEK says more strip club footage drops once its cryptocurrency hits a certain market cap. So the striptease is literally a pump. Damn.
The story so far
GTABase counts five more clips since the first footage showed up on August 18, all credited to CYBERLEEK. Quick recap of the earlier ones:
- #3: a taser called the "Coil Shocker", plus "Clone Key" and "Smash Window" options for stealing cars
- #4: an eight-slot weapon wheel, a separate item wheel, and healing items called Zombix and EpiPen
- #5: a crop duster flight over Leonida, a radio station list, and "LEEK" shot into a wall (subtle)
- #6: carjacking a Truffade Thrax hypercar
That radio menu, if you're keeping score: Stockyard FM, DNU, Emotion, Symphony FM, Back Country Radio, V-Rock, CircoLoco Records Radio, Dirty South Classics and Honey FM.
One thing missing from every clip: Lucia. No Lucia gameplay has leaked yet. Insider Gaming points to fan theories that she might unlock later in the story. That's a theory, not a fact.

Who's Cyberleek, and what do they want?
GamesRadar+ names the hacker as Cyberleek and says they've already shown the full Leonida map and what looks like near-final gameplay. CYBERLEEK claims it's protesting digital pre-orders, paid content and the fact that you don't get permanent access to single-player games. Fine. Some of that I'd even sign. But the whole campaign is tied to promoting a CYBERLEEK coin, and GamesRadar+ links to a report that the group charges $165,000 for ad space on future leaks. Freedom fighters don't usually sell banner slots. That's a hustle with a manifesto stapled to it.
Take-Two isn't laughing. According to Insider Gaming, the publisher reportedly still doesn't know how the leaks started, and it has sent subpoenas to Microsoft and Discord to find the person behind them. GamesRadar+ says the subpoenas aim to "obtain the identity of an alleged infringer or infringers". Meanwhile the clips spread faster than Take-Two can DMCA them, and reuploads keep getting pulled.
Real or not?
Rockstar hasn't said a word. The subpoenas show Take-Two is chasing the source, but they don't prove the footage is real. What I have is that Insider Gaming, GamesRadar+ and GTABase all describe clip #7 the same way, and my read is that this is real Rockstar footage. How old it is, that's still up for grabs. GTABase says it's reportedly an older build, yet Tate McRae's "Sports Car", a 2025 song, plays in one of the clips. So the build could be from as late as 2025. Either way, features can change before launch, so don't treat any of this as final.
The official stuff is close. Grand Theft Auto VI: An Extended Look premieres on Netflix on Thursday, August 27 at 3 PM ET, then lands on Rockstar's YouTube channel and the GTA VI site six hours later.
Wait five days for the real thing. And whatever you do, don't buy the coin.
