Will a Ukrainian singer be one of GTA IV's voice actors?

It looks like the first announced GTA IV voice actor is none other than Ukrainian beauty Ruslana, winner of the 2004 Eurovision Song Contest.

According to a news item posted today on the official Eurovision Song Contest website, the dancing, singing talent will soon fly to New York to lend her voice to the game. It's not yet known which character Ruslana will be voicing. It's possible that one or two of her songs will make it onto the GTA IV Official Soundtrack, and that she'll be one of the signature personalities of the radio station playing Eastern European music.
