Vice City Stories News Roundup

Vice City Stories on PlayStation 2?

We're lazy, ladies and gentlemen, which is exactly why two days ago we failed to report that Vice City Stories is coming to PlayStation 2. Yes indeed, at least for one day that's what the various gaming portals were saying, after the age rating for the PS2 version of the game appeared on the ESRB's site. However, the PS2 version has since vanished from the site, so the guessing continues as to whether there will be a home console version of VCS after all.

Vice City Stories PS2 - another telltale sign

There's still been no confirmation from either Rockstar or Take 2, but we can now be sure that a PlayStation 2 port of Vice City Stories is coming. The PS2 version has turned up on Sony's website, for now without a release date. We're waiting for official confirmation from Take 2, which we can expect in early February in the publisher's first-quarter business report (that's where they announced the LCS port last year, too).
