Vice City: Behind the Scenes

Rockstar Games has prepared a special treat from their archive for today. Almost ten years ago, Grand Theft Auto: Vice City, much like the Apple iPod, received an award in 2002 from the Design Museum in London, given only to makers and companies that have created something serious in terms of design.

To mark the occasion, a special studio was set up in the museum, showing visitors even the smallest details of the development, including the process of creating the animation, the sound effects and the city.

For the 10th anniversary of Vice City, Rockstar dug out the old files, and with the help of the little application made from them, everyone can get a peek behind the scenes.
