VCM Released
Lately, long-awaited programs have been coming out one after another.
Late yesterday evening (07.16) the Vice City Manager was released, and I already wrote a few lines about it to you. For those who missed it, I'll describe it again.
The program consists of 2 parts. With one (VCM Packager) we can create files with the standard .vcm extension, and with the other (VC Mod Manager) we can easily download them from the VCM server, and install and uninstall them with the push of a button. This way you no longer have to bother with using mods and models.
I'm continuously uploading models to the site and to the VCM server, so that you won't be missing anything anywhere :-).
