The GTA V promo material is a fake

I was sad to see that loads of Hungarian portals, and not only GTA-related ones, picked up the poster that appeared on GTA-Five.pl, showing a possible release date. And they did it without a second thought..
Special congratulations go to sg.hu for their article "GTA V is coming to consoles only", in which they present this information of "dubious origin" as fact!
The poster came out of the hands of a fan or an editor within the gta-five.pl crowd, and even the quality shows that it's not a perfect fake.
Why is it a fake?
- Thanks to this GTA hype, loads of people have jumped on the topic and are trying to make some profit off the game. Obviously the traffic didn't hurt the Polish site. (Even the giant GTA-Five.pl logo is tastelessly big..)
- If a poster like this shows up somewhere, I doubt it would have hit the net first thanks to a fan in Poland. It's far more likely that if Rockstar made an ad like this, it would have leaked much earlier in the USA.
- Rockstar hasn't officially announced any release date, even though before promo materials get sent out, it would be about time to tell the public.
- Why is it the "Pest Control" artwork in the picture? Got it.. because that was the only official artwork they had.
- Could Rockstar's marketing department afford an incident like this? In my humble opinion, NO!
- Wouldn't the retailer who published this material have counted on Rockstar possibly terminating their contract over a move like this?
That said, a spring release isn't ruled out, and in fact there's a picture, whose authenticity I also doubt, that gives an exact release date.

Real information next week, in the Game Informer's 18-page exclusive preview. Until then, everyone should sit back and wait for a credible source.
