Take-Two Interactive, the parent company of Rockstar Games, announced today that it will report results for the second quarter of its fiscal year 2027 after the market close on Monday, November 9, 2026. The quarter covered by the report ended on September 30, 2026.
That is the entire announcement. The release gives the date and nothing else. It does not mention Rockstar or GTA VI.
Some context from Take-Two's own press release list. The previous quarterly report, for the first quarter of fiscal 2027, came out on August 7, 2026. Earlier, on June 24, the same list carried Rockstar's announcement of pre-orders for Grand Theft Auto VI.
Whether the November report or anything said around it will touch on GTA VI is not addressed in today's release, so any connection is our assumption, not Take-Two's. For now the company has promised numbers, and numbers only.
The results are due on November 9, after the market closes. We will cover anything in them that concerns Rockstar or GTA VI.
