San Andreas Sign?

I found an interesting post on a foreign forum, in which the poster points out a "secret" San Andreas message.

"On the fuselage of the VCN Maverick you can see an inscription: D193SA. December 19 2003 San Andreas?"

Could this be the release date of SA? It's possible that this is some important date... We'll find out in December how much of this is true. :-)
