Nine months have passed since MTA's last version, and thanks to the team we didn't have to wait any longer for the new one. Version 1.3.1 includes the following updates:

• Windows 8 support
• The maximum number of players has been increased to 4096
• New sound effects
• You can now even shoot while on a jetpack ( (The video is no longer available.) )
• Countless bug fixes
