Madonna in GTA V?

Remember the woman who was getting arrested in Vinewood in a GTA V artwork? The woman in the picture looks eerily like Madonna, and the resemblance is especially striking next to the poster of her MDNA tour. Another interesting thing is that the woman making the arrest looks just like Pvt. J. Vasquez, who appeared in the movie Aliens in 1986. If you look closely, the name tag on the uniform reads "Vasquez" there too. What do you think, is it just a coincidence? Thanks for the observation go to Mr. Claude Speed.
