Looking for that special someone analysis 2/2
We've talked enough about the bags last time, so now I'm going to write about something completely different. It's an integral part of the GTA series that we do terrible things with cars, and from the second trailer we could find out how GTA IV will handle vehicle damage.
When Niko's shots end up in a car and riddle it with holes, watch how the tyre blows out and how the air hisses out of it, just like in the previous games. Then there are the shots that hit Niko's windscreen and leave big cracks and signs of breakage. A little later Niko reverses out in front of a Binco store (it was in San Andreas too), leaving a sizeable cloud of dust behind him (watch the wheels). All of them remarkable little details. There is one thing, though, that we can't just pass by without a word. In the car chase scene of the video, the police car hits a lamp post, which sends it flying into the air and spins the car around in mid-air. Be honest: how many times do you get to see that in real life?
