Is the Epsilon Program coming back?

Strange things are happening on the Epsilon Program site. The teaser website that was created in 2004 for GTA San Andreas has recently been updated, and a Twitter account has been registered under the name @EpsilonismToday, which is also present on the official site. What will they be "tweeting" about? We'll be waiting patiently.

It's obvious that the program will be in Grand Theft Auto V as well.
