GTA VI reportedly a 210GB download on PS5
The PlayStation Game Size tracker says GTA VI is a 210GB download on PS5, about double Red Dead Redemption 2. Rockstar hasn't confirmed it, but preloading reportedly starts November 12.

Clear some space on your PS5. GTA VI is reportedly a 210GB download.
The PlayStation Game Size account, which digs through PS Store backend data, posted on October 27 that GTA VI is a 210GB download on PS5 for the Standard Edition ($79.99). The same post lists preloading on November 12 and a midnight unlock.
Status check: this is a rumor, and every outlet running the number traces back to that one post. The account has a decent track record, and Insider Gaming says it corroborated the figure on its own.
How big is big?
Red Dead Redemption 2 sits around 100-110GB on base PS5, so we're looking at roughly double. Most PS5 games hover around 50GB. Call of Duty can go past that, up to 240GB for Modern Warfare 3, but you can uninstall modes there. Eurogamer points out that splitting GTA Online from the base game could get messy later, since it may share the map and single-player content.
What we don't know is plenty. Nobody has said whether a day-one patch is already inside the 210GB or lands on top, or whether you'll be able to pick what to install. Download size and install size can differ too, and GTAVice warns the install could eat even more. No number for the $100 Ultimate Edition, none for Xbox Series X|S (GameSpot guesses it's about the same), and a PC version may land at a different size entirely.
If your SSD is already begging for mercy, GamesRadar+ notes a 1TB drive runs around $150 thanks to component shortages.
Preload opens November 12, a week before the November 19 launch, so the cleanup has a deadline.
