Cheat Device v0.9

The latest version of edisoncarter's beauty, Cheat Device, has seen the light of day! What's new in the program:

"Cheat memory increased to 300K" "Cheats can be selected from the cheats folder" "333MHz now supported on firmware 2.6"

Among other things, I'd mention the great building feature, which is completely different from anything before. With Cheat Device we can build our own stunt park, island, etc.
