BBFC Rates Chinatown Wars
No, the BBFC isn't some football team. It stands for the British Board of Film Classification, and video games fall under its authority too.
No, the BBFC isn't some football team. It stands for the "British Board of Film Classification", and yes, video games fall under its authority as well. I don't suppose many readers will be surprised that the game got an 18 rating, but it might be more of a surprise that this is the first Nintendo DS game to be called this brutal. According to the board, the game features "strong language and drug references", and we also learn that Rockstar packed 168 minutes of cutscenes into the new mini GTA.
Despite all of the above, the game can be released in the United Kingdom without any cuts.
