Music
The Lost and Damned adds no new station but expands five: 56 new tracks on The Beat 102.7, Liberty City Hardcore (now Max Cavalera's extreme metal show), Liberty Rock Radio and Radio Broker, plus a new talk show on WKTT.
The Lost and Damned, the first GTA IV episode (Xbox 360 on 17 February 2009, PS3 and PC on 13 April 2010 in North America and 16 April in Europe), adds no new radio station. Instead it expands five of GTA IV's stations: The Beat 102.7, Liberty City Hardcore, Liberty Rock Radio and Radio Broker get 56 new tracks between them, and the talk station WKTT gets a new programme, The Martin Serious Show, a Howard Stern style shock jock parody voiced by Will Forte. Liberty City Hardcore turns from New York hardcore punk into an extreme metal show hosted by Max Cavalera, The Beat adds two new shows from Funkmaster Flex and Statik Selektah, while Iggy Pop and Juliette Lewis stay on as hosts. If you install the episode as a download on top of GTA IV, the new songs join the old ones in the rotation of all three games. Several tracks were pulled in April 2018 when their ten-year licences ran out. The three new stations of the Episodes from Liberty City disc (RamJam FM, Self-Actualization FM, Vice City FM) and the extra Vladivostok FM songs came with The Ballad of Gay Tony, not with this episode.
The Beat 102.7
Contemporary hip-hop and R&B. Mister Cee and Green Lantern's GTA IV mixes stay, and the episode adds a club-oriented show from Funkmaster Flex and a show from Statik Selektah built entirely on exclusive songs made for the game, plus a B.o.B interlude between them.

Liberty City Hardcore
The biggest change of the episode: Jimmy Gestapo's hardcore punk gives way to Max Cavalera (Sepultura, Soulfly, Cavalera Conspiracy) and his extreme metal show, built mostly on classic death metal. Only the intro of the Soulfly song is used, as the show's ident. "Jailbait" was only in the original Xbox Live download, and it was removed in 2018 together with the Bathory track.

Statik Selektah's The Lost And Damned EP
Statik Selektah also released his songs for the episode as an EP: all six tracks of his show on The Beat are on it, unlike on the earlier Liberty City Invasion album. A later special edition adds two songs that are not in the game, "Destined to Shine (Obama Remix)" by Torae, Jon Hope & Sha Stimuli and "Rollin' Down the Freeway" by Kali, Glasses Malone & Termanology, probably cut from the station.
