GTA Online Summer Heist Event begins with double pay on the original heists

Rockstar today started a two-week Summer Heist Event in GTA Online, with the full bonus list for both weeks posted on the Newswire. The first week runs from July 30 to August 5, and it focuses on the game's oldest heists.

The Fleeca Heist and The Pacific Standard Heist pay 2X GTA$ on your first completion of each this week, and their Setup Missions also pay more than usual. Finish The Fleeca Heist Finale by August 5 and Rockstar will send the Fleeca Circuit livery for the Übermacht Cypher (Sports) within 72 hours. Logging in at any point this week unlocks the Pacific Standard Sweater, the Tropical Bangles and the Tropical Glow Necklace.

Bonuses this week

• 2X GTA$ and RP: A Superyacht Life, Motor Wars (Cayo Perico) and Shipwrecks. The A Superyacht Life bonus stays active until August 12.
• 3X GTA$ and RP: the Community Mission Series. The featured mission this week is 'A kick in the wallet' by II_TREIZIEME_II, replaced by 'Escape The City' by Zibulaatio from August 6 to 12. Both are on PS5, Xbox Series X|S and PC (Enhanced).
• Weekly Challenge: win two Adversary Modes for the Manor Tie-dye Tee and GTA$100,000.
• Kortz Center Heist: the Primary Targets are S.P. Carroll's A Cast of Characters, Francesco Zozzone's Mi O Melee and Mina Major's To Beat About the Bush. A new weekly bonus applies to the first Primary Target you sell.

Discounts

The Galaxy Super Yacht and all of its modifications are 60% off at DockTease. Paleto Bay Business Properties are also 60% off, as are the Karin Kuruma and the Kuruma (Armored), which seems a sensible choice for a heist event. High End Apartments and Benny's Conversion Upgrades are 40% off.

The Coquette D1, Chavos V6, Ruiner ZZ-8, Uranus LozSpeed, Adder, Z-Type, Broadway, Prison Bus and Blista Kanjo are each 30% off. According to GTABase, that brings the Adder down to $700,000 from $1,000,000. At the Gun Van, the Service Carbine is 40% off, and GTA+ Members get 30% off the Railgun.

GTA+ Members can also claim a free Grotti Veleno GT in the Attack livery until August 12, along with 50% off Hao's Special Works conversions and a GTA$1,000,000 discount on the Mansion's Art Studio upgrade.

Vehicles and weekly activities

iGrandTheftAuto lists the Übermacht Cypher as this week's Lucky Wheel podium vehicle. The LS Car Meet Prize Ride is the Karin Boor (Off-Road), which goes to players who place Top 5 in the LS Car Meet Series four days in a row.

Luxury Autos is showing the Albany Merula and the Ocelot E-Stride, while Premium Deluxe Motorsport has the Z-Type, Broadway, Chavos V6, Coquette D1 and Blista Kanjo. Hao's Premium Test Ride is the Överflöd Entity MT.

The Premium Race is Crossing Paths, the Time Trial is Great Ocean Highway and the HSW Time Trial runs from Textile City to Stab City. The FIB Priority File is The Fine Art File. Salvage Yard targets are The Gangbanger Robbery (a claimable Pfister Comet S2 Cabrio with an LS Pounders plate), The McTony Robbery (Coquette D10) and The Podium Robbery (Dominator GTT).

Players who reached the Elitist Tier of the Fine Art Collector Program between June 17 and July 13 have until August 5 to claim their rewards, which include a free Western Company Annihilator Stealth.

Rockstar has already announced the second week, running August 6 to August 12. The Panther Statue will be guaranteed on your first Cayo Perico Heist run, and completing the Finale awards the Panther Tour Jacket. Logging in that week brings a GTA$1,000,000 End of Summer bonus, delivered within 72 hours. Assault on Cayo Perico pays 2X GTA$ and RP, and Cayo Perico Survival returns.

The second Weekly Challenge asks you to survive three waves in any Survival without dying, for GTA$100,000 and the Noise Rockstar Logo Aged Tee.

The first week's heist rewards and discounts end on August 5. The Cayo Perico week starts on August 6, and the event closes on August 12, together with the A Superyacht Life bonus and the GTA+ Veleno GT offer.
